Honestly I find this to be a much nicer hotel than the AC. Plenty of parking, food nearby and gas within walking distance. Service was great and a much nicer bathroom and shower area. If you want a nice Marriott property in this area, this is the one is hard to beat. Plus the USB ports in the room actually work and you can charge your phone, that never happens. Every other hotel seems to always have USB ports but they never work, just for show apparently.
I can say the room was pretty good only thing which concerned me was the shower area that was glass shower partially visible from the room it’s not complete opaque so that is my reason to deduct one start from my review .
Stayed here for a week for a seminar, and we had a great stay! The front desk workers were always pleasant and helpful, especially Moncia. We spent a couple evenings down at the restaurant/bar area and the bartender, Gina, was amazing. Daily house keeping was a plus. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. Will come back again if I find myself in Frisco!
The staff were amazing during my stay. The room was exactly what I needed for a short stay. No hotel is perfect but I really have one complaint. My room was on the back side of the elevator shaft, which I do not have an issue with as far as noise. The HVAC System was louder than the elevator. I understand some properties are purchased as is some times, but the big clunky wall AC needs updating.
My partner and I took a Thanksgiving road trip to the greater DFW area and stayed here for two nights. Our king room was very clean, and we loved the complimentary wall-mounted Drybar body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff was incredibly friendly, and while the ambiance felt a bit "industrial", we still enjoyed a great night’s rest. The lobby bar was also a really nice way to end the day!
After seeing Dallas Cowboys Xmas show I went and wound down here. Quit Friendly staff and easy to get too. The bar was an excellent addition.
I would give the rating a 3 star due to the fact someone else's hair was on my bathroom floor and shower wall when we checked in but I'm giving it a 5 star because Mia in the bar was the best, most hospitable bar tender ever. She is really great and we loved her
Honestly whoever worked the night shift on December 17/18 couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I was having a tough day and she went well out of her way to help me feel at home. Need more of this. TY stranger!!
